Nokia 108 insert sim problem and not accept both sims. Some time sim one gives error insert sim and sim two also not working. We can solve this issue by tracing sim jacket points on motherboard that are damaged due to water damage. Trace each point with multimeter and apply correct jumper. Also check mobile that there is no shortage in mobile if mobile short this problem also creates due to shotage in motherboard. Here is a diagram in which all points are traced, just follow the diagram and make jumper like diagram below.
