Hard Reset:
Press and hold Volume Down + Power key
Now you see Android Recovery Logo
Now touch Home key for Recovery Menu
Now select Wipe data/factory reset with volume down and touch Menu key to confirm
Now select Yes -- Delete all user data and touch Menu key to confirm
Now Reboot device
Hard reset done
